A title-linked HOA supporting Green Courts, gardens and enhanced landscape and pathway maintenance. Some homes also belong to a bare land condominium, whose contributions can include the HOA fee. Current amount is being verified. Skyline Pond is a stormwater facility, not a recreational lake.
A mandatory, title-funded community association in Cochrane. The same annual assessment applies to condominium owners, alongside their condo fees. Golf access is separate.
A mandatory, title-linked HOA in southwest Airdrie. Its 2026 annual assessment is $152 plus GST ($159.60), unchanged from 2025. It supports selected community features and court lighting; property obligations and recreation admission require separate checks.
Mandatory dues support enhanced community assets in southeast Airdrie. The 2026 budget retains developer support; concept amenities and property-specific access require separate confirmation.
A Bearspaw HOA with private lakes and common lands. Three lakes serve eligible households; Lika Lake is reserved for its lakefront owners. Property covenants vary by phase.
Mandatory owner dues fund designated landscaping and entry features. The residents association is separate from the community association, and its published fee classes need a dated invoice to confirm the applicable year.
Annual title-linked dues support the hall, grounds and neighbourhood upkeep. The spray park is listed as closed for repairs; confirm reopening before counting on its use.
Mandatory dues apply to encumbered properties, with published exclusions. Community courts and the rink are public facilities; paying the HOA does not make them residents-only.
Cornerstone has a title-linked maintenance HOA. The developer publishes an undated annual amount, but inconsistent payment dates require management confirmation.
Title-linked maintenance dues apply to participating properties in two sections of Cougar Ridge. Check the parcel, rather than treating the whole community as one fee area.
Mandatory title-linked dues support neighbourhood upkeep. The dated 2026/27 notice sets the assessment at $126 including GST; it does not establish private lake privileges.
Kings Heights has an annual residential HOA charge of $80 plus GST for 2026. The resident board funds selected landscape features, repairs and community activity. TRA operates the Tuscany Club and enhanced neighbourhood maintenance. Registered member properties owe annual dues; Tuscarora has a separate joining process. Club access, optional programs and the Tuscany Community Association are different arrangements.
Livingston's mandatory HOA fee supports The Hub and selected community assets. Resident registration, tenant transfers and paid non-resident activities have different conditions. Confirm household access separately from the property invoice.
Arbour Lake has four published fee classes, including condominium units. General lake membership and the right to use a particular private access walkway are different matters. Verify both the invoice class and any access instrument before treating proximity to the shore as a privilege.
Lake Bonavista membership depends on the LBHA encumbrance and eligible household status. The neighbourhood name alone is insufficient. Compare the published exclusion list with the specific title before assuming a condominium, suite or nearby property receives lake privileges.
Lake Chaparral combines a private lake membership with property-linked annual charges. Check the complete membership-plus-capital total when comparing costs. Tenant access depends on whether the landlord also lives at the property, and direct-access docks have narrower eligibility than general park access.
Midnapore Lake membership follows an encumbered property, with separate registration for owners and tenants. The 2026 annual fee is published, but payment surcharges differ between official references. Confirm the amount for your payment method and obtain the property's own account balance when buying or moving within the community.

Buyers should confirm the invoice category, household registration and guest rules rather than treating the annual charge as an unrestricted recreation pass.

Cooper’s Crossing has mandatory owner assessments for neighbourhood enhancements and operations. The 2026 AGM report identifies two current fee classes and a separate 2027 proposal. Public parks, property covenants and member voting are different parts of the purchase review.
Royal Oak Estates uses a municipal special tax for enhanced landscaping. It is collected on the property-tax bill, not through an ordinary HOA invoice. Identify the Estates levy area separately from the broader Royal Oak community and its other organizations.

Its title-linked charge is separate from SCA community membership. A newly published $200 annual amount needs its effective assessment year confirmed before being used for a purchase or payment.
