The rental page requires a $50 non-refundable booking deposit credited to the balance. Agreement, balance and damage-deposit cheque are due ten days before the event. Confirm current terms.

Non-resident ceremonies are unavailable; receptions and rehearsal dinners must have fewer than 50 attendees. Resident wedding celebrations above 30 guests require a Friday-to-Sunday whole-building booking, advertised at $1,200 plus GST.

EVRC identifies provincial Highway 8 lands and county-owned Lott Creek Drive, certain paths along Lott Creek Drive and Clearwater Drive, and associated rights of way as exceptions to its common lands. Confirm the specific asset before assigning maintenance responsibility.
