Directory browsing

The directory displays source-linked organizational information. It is not a resident directory. We do not ask you to create an account to browse, compare or use the property workbook.

Workbook and shortlist

Your workbook address, notes, checked items and comparison selections are stored in local browser storage. This implementation does not send them to our server. Shared-device users may be able to see them. Use “Clear this workbook” or your browser’s site-data controls to remove them. Browser storage is not encrypted document storage.

Information you choose to submit

The correction and interest forms send the fields you enter to Netlify Forms for the site operator to review. This can include your name, email, association, source URL and comments. Submission metadata may also be processed by the hosting provider. Do not send private titles, financial account information, resident lists or confidential documents.

Submitted contact details are for responding to and handling the request; submitting does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or publish your personal contact information. A correction may inform public organizational research after review.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider necessarily receives technical request information when serving the site and handling forms. External association websites have their own privacy practices. Opening an original source takes you to that publisher. This release does not add an advertising tracker or session-replay tool.

Requests and corrections

Use the submission form to request a correction, raise a privacy concern or ask about information you have submitted. Do not provide sensitive details in the initial message. We do not promise a specific deletion timeline through this automated interface.
