Example instrument 001109629 starts from $150 per residence plus applicable GST and contains adjustment provisions. That original registered base is different from the current published $325 assessment. Other titles require their own registered instruments and amendments. Only the legal lands scheduled in the applicable instrument; not every home inferred from a neighbourhood map.
