The FAQ describes matching home materials and colours and a three-metre park-edge setback. It identifies phase one as different for sheds. Check the lot's instrument before treating that exception as approval.

The FAQ describes release of initial construction controls after inspection while permanent fence and shed covenants remain. A finished home does not establish that all restrictions have ended.
