CHESTERMERE / HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
Dawson’s Landing Owners Association
Dawson’s Landing has a mandatory owners association for community upkeep, communications and events. Its published annual residential charge is separate from municipal boat-launch fees and CRCA recreation membership. Confirm the property's current account and documents before closing.
No individual title, account balance or household access is certified here. A maintenance boundary, nearby amenity or condo fee does not settle those questions.

The FAQ and revised 2025 forms agree on the amount. A dated 2026 notice has not been accessed. The request form retains a 2023 calculation label; do not reuse that section as the current property balance.

The 2025/26 snow map describes service responsibilities, not HOA eligibility. No Calgary municipal boundary is assigned to this Chestermere community.
The April 2025 acknowledgment describes automatic single- and multi-family lot membership. This does not grant a private beach or municipal launch permit.
The homepage includes these lots in the encumbrance description. Their assessment and event-use conditions need confirmation; do not apply the residential amount automatically.
Bylaws tie regular membership to registered ownership, with one designated regular member per lot. Tenant event participation and landlord overlap remain unverified.
The acknowledgment mentions residents and guests, but does not establish attendance limits or independent guest access. Confirm each event's conditions.
03 / THE PROPERTY CONTEXT

The FAQ's cheque address differs from the contact page. The dated PerfectMind guide describes online payments and invoices; use current account instructions from DLOA.
