SECA serves Evergreen Estates, Shawnee Slopes and Shawnee Park. Its membership page gives a Shawnee/Evergreen street-name rule of thumb; confirm the address directly. This is a voluntary service area, not a title-obligation boundary.
Regular resident household
Published membership includes one vote per household at the October AGM. Confirm resident registration and household details.
Non-resident associate
Supporters outside the service area can join without voting rights.
