Use the member portal for court entry
The tennis gates use a member code. Obtain it through your DRCA account. NDHA payment alone does not establish DRCA court membership.
Share courts when others are waiting
Tennis limits are 30 minutes for singles and 45 for doubles. Mini-courts have a 30-minute limit, with priority for children/families and pickleball. Scheduled association activities take priority.
Keep tennis courts for tennis
No dogs, bicycles, skateboards or inline skates on tennis courts. Keep surfaces clear and avoid leaning on nets. Pickleball belongs on the designated mini-courts.
Check rink status before going
Published winter use hours are 9:00 am–8:30 pm when open. Volunteer flooding occurs later in the evening. Follow closures and posted conditions; the seasonal schedule does not mean ice is available year-round.
Picnic use is first come, first served
The green space, tables and benches beside the warmup hut are shared. Take excess garbage away if it will not fit in a bin with the lid shut.
Confirm voting and proxy instructions
The posted bylaws give adult members voting rights, but IV.10.1 mentions proxies and then requires in-person voting. Obtain written meeting instructions before relying on a proxy.
Moving out does not create a refund
Bylaw III.10 provides no fee reimbursement on moving away and permits voluntary withdrawal. This concerns DRCA membership, not release of an NDHA title charge.
